Something is coming. A pre-pandemic harbinger of indifference to troubled times, digitally depopulating and re-orchestrating documentary footage frame-by-frame before lockdowns became reality.

Trivia nobody asked for : I didn’t want to title this, which is why the film itself doesn’t feature one. But Untitled can only ever whiff of naff. I had already tried a few different options and indecision was driving me crackers before the sands ran out and it needed cementing for festival submissions. A toss-up was required and Ostrich Theory won but I will forever feel the nag of Out by Eleven. Titles are slippery things and a tableau piece you can’t just do that lazy thing of using the protagonist’s name. Here’s the trailer :
